One sucky thing about vacations, especially in Las Vegas, is spending too much time and money to reach where you are going. Who wants to pay a parking fee? It’s really frustrating, especially when you’re already spending a ton on things like dinners and shows.
Is there free parking on the Las Vegas Strip? This is a question that I’m asked more than twice a day.
I have good news for you. There are many Strip casinos that offer free parking. Let me name some of them:
#1: Wynn + Encore
The Wynn and the Encore give complimentary to parking to guests, leaving you more room to splurge on goodies inside the casinos.
#2: Fashion Show Mall
The Fashion Show Mall is one of the best shopping malls in Las Vegas. It’s also one of the largest. An added advantage is that it has a lot of parking space, which it offers for free.
#3: Treasure Island
Treasure Island takes up a very large space on the Las Vegas Strip. It provides guest rooms, the Avenger S.T.A.T.I.O.N., and an outdoor pool. It has free parking in a great location.
#4: The STRAT Hotel, Casino, and Skypod
At the STRAT Hotel, Casino, and Skypod, you get to go into the observation tower of 350.2 m. It glows very beautifully in the light, and houses a revolving restaurant that you can’t definitely miss. At the base of the tower, there is a hotel that has 2427 rooms that also feature a large casino.
This is a great place to go if you want to escape a stressful holiday. It also has pools, including a family pool located on the 8th floor. Hot tubs are also available. The Top of the World restaurant of the tower has a futuristic feel that you will remember for the rest of your life. And guess what! All types of parking are free.
#5: Sahara Las Vegas (SLS)
The Sahara Las Vegas is one of the few resorts on the Strip that always offers free parking. It has quirky décor and very colorful and comfortable rooms. SLS is very loveable in a unique way.
#6: Resorts World
Resorts World Las Vegas has complimentary self-parking for all guests if you have a Genting rewards card, which are free inside the casino. For valet parking, you have to part with $25 per vehicle per day.
#7: Tropicana Hotel and Casino
Tropicana Hotel and Casino usually gives you free parking. However, if there are special events in the venue or nearby, they tack on a fee. For example, if there are special events at MGM Garden Arena or T-Mobile Arena, the parking will likely be $15 per day per vehicle. But if you are a hotel guest, parrking is free, regardless of what’s going on.
#8: The Palazzo and the Venetian
The Venetian is one of the largest resorts that offer free parking. The place has great amenities you can enjoy, including 10 outdoor pools, 80 restaurants, and the Canyon Ranch Spa Club. Both the Venetian and the Palazzo exude luxury if that’s your kind of atmosphere.
#9: Circus Circus
Circus Circus has a hotel, a casino, a theme park, and yes, it offers free parking. That’s why I love it so much. You get to enjoy yourself without worrying that your car is accumulating parking fees.
Free Parking Off the Strip
If you want free parking off-Strip, here are some of the nearby casinos that offer it;
- Palms Place
- Palace Station
- Gold Coast
- Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino
- Virgin Hotels Las Vegas
Recommendations for Free Parking on the Las Vegas Strip
Let’s face it, finding somewhere to park for free on the Strip is difficult. Stick to the places that I list above, even if you’re going to a different casino. The weather is usually nice enough to walk.
Parking is slightly less expensive in Downtown Las Vegas, but it’s also harder to find.
Other transportation options to explore include the Deuce on the Strip, rideshare, and the Downtown Loop Shuttle.
