Downtown Container Park houses several retail shops, bars, and restaurants. Plus, there s a playground for kids, live music on a regular basis, and a giant praying mantis that puts on a show, shooting fire every night. 

Container Park is unique because the structures, as you can probably guess by the name, are made out of shipping containers!

Browse through several local shops. Discover small businesses that sell handmade soaps, candles, jewelry, clothing, accessories, enamel pins, artwork, and souvenirs. There s also a candy shop, Olive Oil tasting room, a Segway tour company, dance studio, tattoo shop, and nail salon.

Snack on charcuterie boards and sandwiches while enjoying beer and wine at BIN 702. The Downtown Terrace offers full meals for brunch and dinner. Grab quick bites of pizza and pasta at Mob Pie and Pinches Tacos. Oak & Ivy is a craft whiskey cocktail bar that makes unique drinks. The Courtyard

In the middle of the shopping complex is a courtyard. There s a park with a lawn and a playground for kids. Guests can play games like giant checkers or just sit on couches and chairs to enjoy the sunshine. 

At the entrance of Container Park is the Mantis. This 40-foot-tall praying mantis comes to life every night after the sun goes down. Listen for the drum circle, it s a sign that it s getting ready to show off. It shoots fire out of its antennas!
