Vegan Fine-Dining Has Come to the Las Vegas Strip

Indulge in delicious plant-based meals at Crossroads Kitchen

For a long time, vegans have had a hard time finding venues for fine dining. This is because most restaurant menus have limited options catering to vegans. Luckily, this narrative will change with the first-ever fully vegan fine-dining restaurant now available in Las Vegas.

Crossroads Kitchen is a one-of-a-kind fine-dining eatery located at Resorts World that recently launched. The restaurant occupies the space that was previously Marigold. It is entirely vegan, unlike other restaurants, which have a regular menu with only a limited portion of it dedicated to vegan alternatives.

This chain of restaurants has set a precedent of excellent vegan outlets with fantastic food. Their original location is in Los Angeles, although the menu varies, with some menu options being exclusive to Las Vegas. The space is tastefully decorated, and you can enjoy some rock and roll music as you dine here.

The brains behind this new restaurant is Chef Tal Ronnen, who has multiple accolades to his name. He is a talented chef who has experience with the Vegas food scene from previous collaborations with the Wynn and Encore for their vegan menus. He is one of the people behind Kite Hill, a famous company that makes condiments for vegans. He has also catered for exclusive events such as Ellen DeGeneres wedding.

One thing that makes the restaurant stand out from others is the lack of labels or warnings on the menu or the premises. Many restaurants need to put labels or disclaimers to specify that certain menu items do not contain animal products. There is no need for this here, as everything is safe, and vegans can feel at home and enjoy a fine dining experience seamlessly.

Some notable menu items include stuffed zucchini blossoms, chestnut foie gras, pasta carbonara, etc. They also have another outlet, Crossroads Burgers, which will cater to your needs if looking for a quick bite. They serve fries, vegan burgers, plant-based sausages and more.

While speaking about his culinary art and vegan establishments, it is evident that chef Ronnen is passionate about what he does. He says he aspires to cook delicious plant-based food that anyone can enjoy, and his restaurant is not limited to vegans only.

To enjoy the dining experience visit Crossroads Kitchen for dinner between 5 pm and 11 pm. On the other hand, Crossroads Burgers remains open for lunch, and dinner between 11 am and 11 pm.
