Want to take a serious and fun head trip? Try “MIND2MIND,” a new show that’s rolled into Azul, Fontainebleau’s cozy, colorful and sophisticated lounge.

The award-winning, glamorous, and entertaining Dubai-based mentalist husband-wife duo James Harrington (British) and Marina Liani (Ukrainian) are expert mind-readers whose extreme specificity over the course of 75 minutes will leave you scratching your head and wondering how Liani could possibly know, as I witnessed on opening night, the security code on the credit card belonging to someone in the audience.

At one point in the show, around 10 small personal effects were collected from audience members and placed in a box. The blindfolded Liani identified every item correctly, including a case with my earplugs. As a skeptic, I was hoping that Liani would get some things wrong tonight, if only to prove that she was fallible like the rest of us. But nope—she was 100 percent accurate in every instance, leaving me to wonder if Liani might be an extra-terrestrial. You could ask her about this yourself at the casual meet-and-greet following every show.

“MIND2MIND” is taking audiences on this mental journey (hailed by folks including Steven Spieberg and Simon Cowell) Tuesdays through Sundays. Since every performance is different based on unique audience interactions, you could easily become addicted to the show.
