4. Sample a mochinut
LA-based craze Mochinut debuts in Las Vegas on Saturday. The Chinatown eatery serves sweet mochi donuts and Korean-style hot dogs as well as diverse teas. Mochi donuts are made with rice flour, so they're chewier than their American counterpart.
Doors open at 11 am May 1. The first 100 customers will receive a gift.
