4. It is a crime to pick up a chip from the ground
Finders keepers, right? Wrong! You can't just collect a chip in some states and then cash it in because it is considered inappropriate. Things are different in Las Vegas because if you just so happen to collect a chip, it becomes yours to use as you please. The chip would become yours only if you acquired it via honest means. If management finds you stealing from someone else, that is when you could find yourself in some trouble.
