5. Kono's
There are plans to open two locations for this eatery in Vegas, with the first opening this summer near Summerlin. The menu will specialize in sandwiches and Hawaiian breakfast meal options that will include tasty burritos. Later in the year, a second location will debut in Chinatown with the same menu. Kono's will be a delightful place to pop into for a quick lunch.
