Dennis Martinez Miranda is the chef and owner of the restaurant, who was featured in the A La Carta tv show, on the most-watched Latin channel, Telemundo. They serve handsomely sized portions for everything, not just restricted to rice. This is an amazing spot to have a great meal at a good price.
