The menu at Bouchon is predominantly French and offers variety. The meal preparations adopt French techniques to retain authenticity. Some exciting meals include the Gigot d’Agneau, a dish of roasted lamb with ratatouille and extra virgin oil, or the Steak Bouchon, comprising pan-seared Wagyu eye of the rib and sauce Bearnaise served with French fries. If you visit in a group, you can also order a platter meal to share. The Grand Plateau is ideal for a shared meal, and it comprises six shrimp, a lobster, ten mussels, eight clams, and 20 oysters. The dishes are written in French on the menu but include an English description to inform diners what they are ordering. 

Dress Code

When to Visit Bouchon 

Bouchon at the Venetian diners can visit for dinner between 5 and 10 pm. On weekends, brunch is from 8 am to 2 pm every Friday through Sunday. You can also have brunch on Thursdays, but brunch ends at 1 pm if you decide to visit on a Thursday.
