Whiskey Licker Up offers hand-crafted meals prepared in their scratch kitchen. The Downtown Las Vegas restaurant uses seasonal produce and ingredients. They also have some of the best nachos in Vegas, including ones covered in toppings like barbecue smoked pork.

At McMullan's Irish Pub, you’ll find out what makes Irish nachos specifically Irish. Here, you’ll find a base of crunchy potato chips. They come in half-sized, mini, or full. The spuds are layered with bacon, cheddar cheese, chives, and tomatoes. 

7. Guy Fieri's Flavortown Sports Kitchen

8. Ghost Donkey




Ghost Donkey serves nachos topped with black truffle. The location has a speakeasy-style tequila bar, and it's tucked behind a door in the Block 16 Urban Food Hall at the Cosmopolitan. You can order nachos in a few varieties, including black truffle. One plate goes for $23.
