It is always sad to see a business close its doors. The following restaurants in Las Vegas are saying a final goodbye. So what restaurant will you miss?
1. Banger Brewing

On March 31, 2023, Banger Brewing served its last pint of beer, never to reopen again. The owners shared the message with patrons of the 3,000-square-foot brewpub through a Facebook Post.
Before the closure, the brewery had been in the City since 2013 and boasted three barrels and five seven-barrel fermenters that brewed the beer. Brew Bangers was home to a party where you could get pints, growlers, and special drinks on holiday.
2. Stripburger & Chicken

Being part of the city for nearly two decades is not a mean feat for a restaurant. Stripburger & Chicken was a city gem, operating at a prominent point at the Fashion Show Mall. Its longevity on the strip is a testament to its irresistible burgers topped with bacon, cheese, crispy onion strings, and mushrooms.
If you still love the spot, do not fear, as the restaurant owners, Lettuce Entertain You Hospitality Group, who also runs the adjacent restaurant, want to establish a new El Segundo Sol Mexican restaurant at the same spot.
3. Aureole

I cannot believe that Areole and the gravity-defying Wine Angels that floated on the 10,000-bottle tower will make space for a new restaurant by Michael and Bryan Voltaggio.
The restaurant has been serving artful cuisine for over 20 years. You can grab some bites till the end of Easter in 2023 before it fully closes down. The current chef will leave Aureole and be replaced by two new celebrity chefs.
4. Genting Palace Lounge

Resorts World Las Vegas feels it is time to close the lounge leading to its high restaurant and replace it with a tiki bar on the Las Vegas strip. Genting Palace Restaurant and its lounge were part of the hotel when it launched in mid-2021. From April 17, the launch will be transformed into the Golden Monkey Tiki Lounge.
5. Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar

Like most restaurants closed in this early part of the year, everything is all about management making changes. Red Rock Casino will close down the Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar on April 30th. But promises to soon open another restaurant in its place.
