Your stop at UnCommons must include Wineaux, a unique wine market and bar. The stylish space offers high-end wines, charcuterie, cheese, caviar, and other luxuries.

But what truly sets Wineaux apart is its exclusive multi-tiered wine club. The Explorer Club is for wine lovers looking to expand their knowledge with new wines. At the same time, the Collector's Club is ideal for wine enthusiasts who crave expertly curated selections.

The menu is equally diverse, with sushi, salads, pasta, sandwiches, and burgers, such as its famous Double-Double Smashburger ($18) with Black Angus beef, American cheese, caramelized onions, dill pickles, and General Admission's special sauce.

Who doesn't love sandwiches? All'Antico Vinaio, a famous Italian sandwich shop from Florence, Italy, has thrived since opening its Las Vegas location at UnCommons in January 2024.

Its sandwiches, ranging from the La Schiacciata del Boss to the La Summer ($20), are made with authentic Tuscan ingredients, from pecorino to truffles, and are served on freshly baked schiacciata bread. You'll have to see why Saveur magazine calls it the "home of the world's best sandwiches."

If you're an early riser, stop by for specialty breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and coffees, available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Get a Taste of Authentic Mexican Cuisine at Siempre J.B. Siempre J.B., one of the newest restaurants to join the Las Vegas dining scene at UnCommons, offers regional Mexican cuisine and aims to take diners on a culinary journey.

The Salsa Sampler ($15), five salsas served with housemade chips and chicharrones, is a great way to start your meal. Another great starter is the Grilled Street Corn ($12), topped with yummy chipotle mayo, cotija cheese, chili powder, and fresh lime. Seafood lovers will enjoy the Shrimp Diablo ($29) with chili de arbol, bell pepper, onion, and cayenne chili. At the same time, carnivores can order the Carne Asada ($52), an eight-ounce skirt steak served on a hot stone with seasonal vegetables and housemade chimichurri sauce.

Siempre J.B. also offers a stellar beverage program. When dining here, order one of the signature margaritas that you can order on the rocks or blended. Amari Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop is a beautiful restaurant to escape to during your Friday lunch hour or to meet friends for an upscale weekend date. It's a place you'll want to visit soon as it recently debuted a prix-fixe lunch menu.

The menu includes one starter and a main entrée for $29. It may sound like a lot of money, but the restaurant offers authentic flavors and generous portions of its reimagined Italian-American cuisine. Starter options include salads (Little Gem Caesar or Italian Chopped Salad) and appetizers like Sesame Arancini and Homemade Meatballs. For your main entrée, you'll have your choice of pasta, like Chicken Parmesan.

Todo Bien, a vibrant, tropical-themed space that means "all is good," offers handcrafted tiki cocktails made of tequila, mezcal, sotol, and other spirits.
