Durango Casino and Resort is on course to open in the fall of 2023.

The Construction

The $750 million casino construction already broke ground near Interstate 215 and Durango and is reshaping the desert landscape. The casino will be part of the busy and growing Rhodes Ranch neighborhood that includes the likes of IKEA and the mixed-use UnCommons development.
Station Casinos has teased that the Durango Casino & Resort will have a boutique gaming and resort experience that is inspired by warm colors and vibrant landscapes. This is evident by the planned 83,000 square feet of casino space with 2,000 slots and 40 table games. It will also feature a 200-room and suite hotel, a race and sportsbook, a resort pool with private cabanas, and an event lawn for parties and gatherings.
Amenities
The casino and resort is forward-looking and environmentally friendly as it will feature 40 electric charging stations, bike parking, and multiple bike parking lanes. There will also be a movie theater and bowling alley.
