Stand-up comedy is sometimes hit-or-miss. Comedy clubs are even more so. Chances are you’ll sit through two or more middling acts, checking your watch until the headliner takes the mic. Even then, the star might be having an off night.
Not so at THE HILARIOUS 7, the comedy club that works like speed dating. It’s a simple but fantastic concept…seven comedians, each given ten minutes to perform. You’ll still be watching the clock…but for an entirely different reason.

John Hilder serves as both the host and opening act. What follows is six standout colleagues who face the timer, one by one. Opening night was filled with favorites (below) from the show’s original run, and each hit their segment out of the ballpark. Expect the line-up to change constantly, offering a completely new experience each visit.
“The Cure for the Common Stand-Up Show”
After three years away, the show returned to the OYO Hotel on August 1st. A near-capacity audience was greeted by executive producer/co-creator Pete Housley (Admit.VIP, VEGAS411), who oversees entertainment offerings at Alexis Park Resort, Ahern Boutique Hotel, and now OYO. His company also relocated AUSSIE HEAT to OYO‘s showroom and will be adding the popular K-Tel All-Stars Totally 70s Show later this month.
THE HILARIOUS 7 performs Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 7 pm with additional evenings peppered throughout the month. Due to its content, admission is limited to adults.
