Vegas artists assemble for nonstop fun during ‘Santa Season’
Sin City residents are about to experience an avalanche…of Vegas-style holiday entertainment. Whether you’re naughty, nice, or somewhere in between, there’s sure to be a Christmas show to warm your tootsies and make you pucker for a mistletoe moment. All but one are single-night events, so get your tickets early. Here are a few of the brightest and best, as chosen by VEGAS 411.
HOLLY JOLLY HOLIDAY SPECIAL –
Crooner Jonny Bird hosts a Sunday afternoon gala with many familiar and highly respected performers. Michael Sinatra (FRANKLY FRANK) and elegant Rita Lim join Nelia Ross, Steve McCoy, and the Amplus Academy Choir. The musical director is David Siegel.

BIG BAND CROONERS CHRISTMAS
FRANKLY FRANK‘s other Sinatra, Ryan Baker, hosts his own classic-style Christmas program on the same date and at the same time. BIG BAND CROONERS CHRISTMAS features the vocal stylings of Amanda King, Ron Smith, Lisa Smith, Robin Vincent, and Kelly Edgar. Music direction is by Patrick Hogan.
BIG BAND CROONERS CHRISTMAS performs on December 10th at 3 pm. The venue is Freedom Hall Theatre at 2460 Hampton Road in Henderson. Tickets cost $30 and can be purchased at this link.
MY FAVORITE THINGS
MY FAVORITE THINGS is the latest production from Lisa Gay, Creative Director for Modern Showrooms at Alexis Park Resort. The show is under the musical direction of Demetrios Pappas and features the talents of Dana Daye, Ane’, Gina Eckstine, Katy Monroe, Valita Leigh-Garcia (FRANKLY FRANK), and many others.

TINSEL: A NIGHT OF HOLIDAY HAVOC
Back for its second year, the adults-only TINSEL is a wild night of burlesque-inspired Christmas shenanigans. Director/Producer Rachel Evans gives VEGAS 411 the details on this unique approach to holiday cheer:

Featuring world-renowned acts performing unique versions of some of your favorite Holiday characters with a spicy Sin City twist. TINSEL will perform December 18th and 19th at downtown’s NOTORIETY Theater. Tickets start at $65 and can be ordered here. Audience members must be 21 or over. NOTORIETY is located at 450 Fremont Street on the third floor of NEONOPOLIS.
A VERY SWINGIN’ CHRISTMAS
Last but not least, Vincent John of The Bronx Wanderers reteams with drummer Alex Papa (PIANO MAN, MJ The Evolution) for another edition of their annual A VERY SWINGIN’ CHRISTMAS. The longtime buddies will present their usual jammin’ gems with buddy banter, hard guitar licks, classic Vegas vibes, and lots of sexy guests.
