In November, we told you about GOLDEN GAI Cocktail Club, the gorgeous speakeasy tucked inside Palazzo’s WAKUDA Japanese Restaurant. In its fourth month, GOLDEN GAI continues its commitment to seasonally-inspired drinks representing Japan’s rich cultural heritage. The six new creations are meticulously created with a sense of balance and excellence.

You may remember from our previous article on GOLDEN GAI (read it here) that a rotating beverage program is accompanied by pop-up collaborations with the world’s best bars. The Cocktail Club serves a separate food menu from its parent restaurant WAKUDA Japanese. Michelin-star-quality bites are presented along with a curated palette of live entertainment.
