‘A NIGHT OF SCREAMS’ Is Coming!

High-intensity fan convention brings the original “Ghostface” trio to downtown’s Plaza Hotel…

The countdown to scary season began last week with Jason Egan’s “Halfway to Halloween” event at Escape IT. Fans of fantasy and horror will hit Rio Hotel Casino for STLV: Trek to Las Vegas during the first week of August. And now comes word of a SCREAM-tastic gathering for fans of Wes Craven‘s hit franchise.

A NIGHT OF SCREAMS will be held at the downtown Plaza Hotel on August 30th. The one-day convention and marketplace is presented by “Spooky Baby Events” and its creator, April Metcalf. Originally scheduled for earlier this year, A NIGHT OF SCREAMS was postponed to allow for expansion of the concept.

Join us for “A Night of SCREAMS, featuring all three Ghostfaces from the original SCREAM Trilogy! This unique event features Lee Waddell, Allen Robinson, and Jeff Brockton from SCREAM, SCREAM 2, and SCREAM 3. No other event has ever gathered all three together in the same room, and it is gonna be a blast!  Each will be sharing clips and stories of their favorite scenes.

This is NOT a typical setting for this type of event!  A Night of Screams is an all-inclusive private event with VERY limited tickets. There will be no long lines, and plenty of time to take your questions. Guests will share personal stories from the set with Wes Craven and stars of the SCREAM franchise.

In addition to long lines, the costs at a fan convention can add up quickly. Celebrity guests normally charge for everything beyond an initial “hello”. 8 x 10 headshots, autographs, phone selfies, and similar interactions always involve a fee. A Night of Screams is different. General Admission tickets get you all of the following:

  • Professional Photo with all three guests (8×10 print & digitals in minutes)

  • Signatures from each guest

  • Q&A – View the guest’s favorite scenes and ask them those burning questions

  • Behind the scenes look at the first three Scream movies with never-before-heard experiences

  • Unlimited Cell Phone photos and Selfies

  • Special Event Poster

  • Keepsake wristband

  • Access to Cash Bar with unique horror-themed drinks

  • Special fun Photobooth where you get to be killed or kill Ghostface!!!!
