Track #3: It’s CheeseTime Italian Fusion @West Sahara Ave

So many folks these days are looking for food deals, it’s no wonder that the two-year-old CheeseTime Italian Fusion is growing in popularity.
Their angle: all the pastas are attractively priced at only $10.99, except for the “Black Pepper Steak Spaghetti”—a sliced 6 oz ribeye steak, with black pepper sauce—for $12.99. It’s the second best-selling item behind their lasagna.
CheeseTime Italian Fusion is owned by nice-guy Charlie Li, whose father owned a similar restaurant in Nanjing, China. A tasty example of their Italian-Asian fusion pastas is the “Sweet & Sour Chicken.” Looking for a real kick? Try the “Spicy Hong Kong Bolognese,” with mushrooms and Sichuan chili. Want to stay traditional? Go with the lobster ravioli or shrimp scampi served over angel hair pasta.
A snazzy-looking neighborhood place. (Image: Vegas 411)
The wallet-friendly restaurant is not aimed at folks looking for high-end Strip sophistication, or the level-up Trattoria Nakamura-Ya, the acclaimed Tokyo-style Italian restaurant in Chinatown. This is a feel-good neighborhood place where you can instantly feel its warmth when the complimentary and wonderfully soft garlic bread sticks arrive soon after you settle in at your table.
