Vegas Shows Prepare for Relaunch

The Vegas entertainment scene resumes

After a long, boring break, the Vegas entertainment scene is slowly relaunching. Some popular shows that closed up shop  because of  COVID-19 are already up and running in compliance with the state’s resumption guidelines. Step by step, you will soon get to enjoy your favorite show again.

Piff, The Magic Dragon, is among the first shows to resume and, of course, the first of its type to hit the stage. This faux-reptile show that previous ran at Bugsy s Cabaret has now moved to Flamingo Showroom and will run from 7.30 pm from October 29. According to Piff, John van de Put, they are following every recommended guideline and precaution. In fact, according to Co-producer Angela Stabile, Piff and co-stars will wear masks on stage. The new theatre is expected to comfortably host a maximum of 250 individuals. Tickets will be available starting Oct 23.

Elsewhere, the female revue X Country is expected to return to Harrah s Cabaret on Oct 22. This is the first ticketed Caesars Entertainment show to resume since all shows closed shop back in March 17. The show will host a maximum audience of 80 people, and the cast will wear masks as expected by the state guidelines. The show will run at 10pm every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.  Wednesday and Sunday performances will be added to the schedule November 4. Tickets will be available on Ticketmaster.com from Oct 16, 10am and will start at $47.94, excluding fees.

The two shows are under the umbrella of Stabile Productions family alongside “X Burlesque,” which shares the Bugsy Cabaret theatre with Piff. When the X Burlesque show is on stage, the theatre adopts the name X Burlesque Theatre at the Bugsy’s Cabaret and Piff The Magic Dragon Theatre at Bugsy’s Cabaret when the magician is on stage.

Piff plans to hold an invitation-only performance for front-line healthcare heroes. PBS S Tournament of Laughs winner aims to star in the free show after participating in the MaskUp NV pop-up show performed at Southern Nevada hospitals.

Piff acknowledges the excellent work done by the health workers over the COVID-19 period and seeks to at least show appreciation by making them happy during the free show.
