The Griffin is a medieval-themed bar in Downtown Vegas that has been a local hangout for 13 years. With indoor fire pits, lanterns, wooden tables, and a stone ceiling, it looks like a cross between a tavern and a dungeon.
The atmosphere will take you back in time, but the drinks and live local rock bands reflect the present.
Enjoy beers, featured cocktails like That Orange Thing, Unicorn Spit, and Just Like Heaven, which promises to be the cure for everything. The specialty shots are fun too. Try the Jolly Rancher, Kick In The Balls, Irish Car Bomb, and Passed Out Naked On The Bathroom Floor; decide which is your favorite! Order multiple drinks during Happy Hour, Sunday through Thursday, from 5 to 6 pm and 10 to 11 pm.

The neon green Griffin holding a martini marks the bar s entrance on Fremont Street; the unique sign is impossible to miss. The tavern opens daily at 5 pm and closes late.
