The Eiffel Tower Restaurant inside the Paris on the Strip is the perfect spot to splurge on a meal. Hands down, it's one of the most outstanding restaurants in the valley.
Here's what you need to know.
You can find the restaurant on the 11th floor of the casino and the menu is chiefly French. But it's the view from the hotel that is simply splendid- you're unlikely to get such an experience anywhere else in Sin City.
Seating is limited, so you'll need to make a reservation. Once you arrive, you will need to go up the glass elevator and past the kitchen before you will be escorted to your table. The menu is superb, and most people have no complaints. If you follow a special diet, you can find many vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. No matter what you order, rest assured, it will be fresh and enjoyable. To finish dinner, ordering dessert is highly recommended- especially the souffle. But, most people go here not because of the food but the spectacular views of the Bellagio and its fountains.
The Eiffel Tower restaurant is immaculate, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is first-rate. All told, a dinner for two will average a about $250, and reservations need to be made 10-14 days in advance if you're looking at prime hours. If you have the money and want to enjoy something really special, then a meal at the Eiffel is worth every penny.
