Martha Stewart’s First Restaurant Will Open on the Strip

Martha Stewart’s first-ever restaurant, the Bedford, opens at the Paris Las Vegas this spring

Martha Stewart is coming to Las Vegas.

The hospitality queen is set to open her first-ever restaurant, the Bedford by Martha Stewart. Excitement is running high because the chic eatery will be located on the Strip inside the Paris Las Vegas.

“It’s a charming restaurant,” Stewart told People Magazine. “It’s completely fashioned after the winter house at my farm in Bedford, where I basically live. There’s a kitchen, a dining room, a brown room, a green room… it’s intimate, yet large enough for people to really enjoy.”

Stewart, 40, has been building her empire for the past 40 years. She’s a household name whose popularity rivals some of the biggest brands in the country. At The Bedford, guests will get to enjoy some of the recipes that made Stewart famous.

“I’m picking my family and friend’s favorites, things I have been known for like wonderful breads and baked goods and dishes you might not find in other restaurants, like pastas and soups that are unique to the Martha brand,” she explained. “I just want to make sure that everybody gets a taste of the delicious food that has long come out of my kitchen. You’re going to love it.”

The Bedford by Martha Stewart will open in the spring. An exact date has not been announced.
