Rick s Rollin Smoke BBQ & Tavern is owned by Rick Harrison from the TV show Pawn Stars. The Southern BBQ restaurant and bar is in the same parking lot as the show s Gold & Silver Pawn Shop. You can catch Harrison bartending here most nights.
If you love BBQ, Rick s menu will make your mouth water. Try their classic must-haves, sandwiches, and sides.
They ve got all the proteins: pulled pork, hotlinks, brisket, burnt ends, baby back ribs, beef ribs, chicken, and smoked meatloaf. Any of these proteins can be used to make a killer sandwich too. Don t skimp on the fixins of Collard Greens, Baked Beans, Smoked Mac n Cheese, Bacon Potato Salad, and Chipotle Slaw. If it all sounds too good to pass up, order a combo plate with up to three meats and three sides! You won t leave here hungry.
The Tavern is upstairs above the main restaurant. They offer tons of great deals here. Happy Hour is Sunday through Thursday from 3pm to 6pm and 9pm to close; which is usually around 10pm or later if it s a busy night. If you re a Vegas local ask the bartender about additional happy hour specials and you ll receive 20% off of your meal any day, any time!
