Fortune Hotel & Suites: Affordable Vegas Hotel

One of the cheapest hotels in Las Vegas is the Fortune Hotel and Suites. Located just a few blocks from the Strip, ten minutes from the convention center, and 15 minutes from the airport, Fortune Hotel & Suites is a pet-friendly hotel that caters to the needs of most travelers.

The thing to know about Fortune Hotel & Suites is that it is an older hotel but does offer all the amenities that you can want, including free WiFi and parking. The hotel has a small pool, a jacuzzi, and there are even onsite fitness and business centers. One great reason to stay here is that there is a free 24-hour shuttle to the Strip and airport. 

While the service is great and the staff is very friendly, the hotel is outdated. But if you do not care about aesthetics, it is not a bad place. Next to the hotel, there are plenty of places to eat.  In addition, all the rooms have a coffee maker and a mini-fridge. The hotel is in the midst of updating the old tube TVs to the flat-screen TVs

Three key reasons why the hotel may not be preferable for some is its location next to a strip club, worn-out guest rooms, and the $10 resort fee.  

The cost to stay at the hotel is about $55-$60 per night plus the dreaded resort fee. But for this price, you are not going to find a better deal in Vegas.
