Super Summer Theatre has been putting on musicals and productions at Spring Mountain Ranch since the 1970s. The large grassy lawn that houses the stage sits at the base of the Spring Mountains. It s a beautiful place to enjoy reasonably priced entertainment.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own blankets and chairs to enjoy a picnic on the lawn before the show starts. You re free to bring your own food and drinks (yes, alcoholic beverages are allowed!). The lawn is divided into a blanket side and a chair side. Chairs are available to rent for $1, or you can bring your own.
This Summer s shows include, You re A Good Man, Charlie Brown, VIVA Las POPera, and Smokey Joe s Cafe.
You re A Good Man, Charlie Brown is currently up and running, with performances continuing through July 31. VIVA Las POPera will debut on August 12 and run through the 21. Smokey Joe s Cafe performances will begin on September 9 and end on the 25.

Tickets start at $15 when purchased ahead of time with cash at the Super Summer Theatre Office in town. Tickets are $17.50 when purchased online and $25 when purchased the day of online or at the gate of Spring Mountain Ranch; ticket availability is limited.

For all shows, the parking lot opens at 5 pm and the meadow opens at 6 pm. Performances begin at 8 pm, except for Smokey Joe s Cafe, which will begin at 7 pm.
Even though the ranch is out in the middle of nowhere, it has all of the amenities for a comfortable evening. There s plenty of room for parking and a paved walkway right off of the parking lot that leads down to the main meadow. There are also bathrooms, picnic tables, and a snack shack right off of the main area.

Even though it s summertime, the evening temperatures out here are much cooler, so bring a sweater and some extra blankets!
