Love eggs? On the Strip? Then it’s time to visit Cosmopolitan’s Eggslut. This small but nouveau-modern restaurant grabs your attention with its name and never lets go. Eggs are king- they’re featured in every item on the menu.
Eggslut isn’t a fancy restaurant but it has that Vegas vibe that matches the fancier restaurants on the Strip. If you show up after 9 am, you might have to wait a long time to place your order. There’s a reason why it’s so popular- absolutely great sandwiches.
Still, the best time to visit Eggslut is just after 7 am and no later than 8.30 am. A classic breakfast sandwich consists of a toasted brioche bun with soft eggs, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, chives and a touch of sriracha mayo is the star of the menu.
The sandwiches aren’t the cheapest on the Strip, but the prices are great for the Cosmopolitan. A decent breakfast will cost about $15, but it’s worth every penny.
