Eat Your Last Meal at the Heart Attack Grill

Downtown Vegas Heart Attack Grill is not for the faint of heart.

The Heart Attack Grill is a 50s diner meshed with a hospital theme. Giant pill bottles hang from the ceiling, and parodies of movie posters and iconic paintings line the walls. You should definitely have a sense of humor if you plan on eating here.

The waitresses dress like nurses, and diners are the patients. You ll be given a hospital gown to wear upon being seated. Order syringes filled with Jello shots, drink your beverage from an IV drip bag, and eat for free if you weigh 350 lbs or more!

Nothing here is good for you. The menu is classic cheeseburgers, hot dogs, and milkshakes. The milkshakes are served with a hearty dollop of butter on top. Wine, beer, and hard alcohol are available too. Order a single patty Bypass Burger all the way up to an Octuple Bypass Burger; that s a burger with eight -lb patties! Every burger comes smothered in cheese, tomato, onion, chilli, and the option of adding several bacon slices.

While it s not their largest burger, the Quadruple Bypass Burger has a challenge that comes with it. If you can finish the burger with four patties, 20 slices of bacon, cheese, lard, caramelized onions, tomato, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard, your nurse (waitress) will take you to your car in a wheelchair.  If you fail, you ll be spanked with a paddle in front of the entire restaurant. Think you have what it takes?

Head down to Fremont Street to see this artery-clogging restaurant for yourself!
