Raiders Quarterback Derek Carr is hosting a free lunch for veterans, first responders, and the military on Saturday, February 26. The lunch will be held at Central Church in Henderson from 12 pm to 2 pm.
This event is part of The Altar Men s Conference that the NFL Quarterback will be a part of in April. Carr founded The Altar Men s Conference as a way for men to come together in Las Vegas to enjoy religious worship and build a community.
On February 26, the afternoon lunch is a way of showing appreciation for those who have served. Guests will have the chance to meet Carr and hear about the upcoming conference that he will be hosting and speaking at on the weekend of April 8 and 9 at The Thomas & Mack Center. Those who attend the lunch will have a chance to buy tickets for half of the regular price!
Even though this is a free event, veterans, active military members, and first responders who would like to attend the lunch must register online. By RSVPing, you ll receive your free ticket for entry.
