#5 WWE might add NXT event to WrestleMania 41
WrestleMania 41 is coming to Las Vegas, and WWE might add another event to the schedule. According to a recent report, WWE will host a Tuesday edition of NXT in Sin City. The report notes that the event is not being broadcasted by the UFC Apex facility, where they previously hosted it.
This is a significant departure from WWE just hosting Smackdown and Raw during WrestleMania weekend. The new announcement extends the weekend to Tuesday night, where fans will witness the fallout from NXT Stand and Deliver.
WWE is wise to keep the WrestleMania weekend going, but ticket prices have been a serious problem.
#4 Kyle Busch gets heated over Carson Hocevar
Kyle Busch is one of the biggest hotheads in NASCAR history, making the Las Vegas native’s outbursts must-watch television. He proved this again at Atlanta, where he had trouble getting past Carson Hocevar. Busch repeatedly tried to stay patient, but Hocevar never gave up the spot. This led Busch to radio his team and voice his displeasure with the young driver.
“Go tell that No. 77 [Carson Hocevar] he’s done that same [expletive] move ten times,” Busch said during the first stage of the Atlanta Motor Speedway race. “I don’t care if I wreck the whole [expletive] field. I’m over him. He’s a [expletive] [expletive], I’m going to wreck his [expletive].”
Hocevar got the last laugh after finishing second while Busch fought for seventh.

#3 A’ja Wilson is Time Magazine’s Female Athlete of the Year
A’ja Wilson is getting the credit she deserves after Time Magazine announced her and Jordan Chiles as the Female Athletes of the Year. The news comes only one year after Clark made the cover of the magazine during her historic NCAA championship run. Time Magazine’s dual cover features Las Vegas’ favorite athlete looking powerful in a black leather jacket and a glare that shows she’s ten steps ahead of her opponents.
She gives off an unbeatable energy in this photo, and it’s worth checking out. The other cover contains Jordan Chiles, who stands quite confidently after an Olympic medal controversy that made America fall in love with her.
#2 Raiders reportedly targeting three quarterbacks
The Las Vegas Raiders suffered a brutal blow after Matthew Stafford decided to sign with the Rams last week.. This move takes the Raiders out of the running for the former Super Bowl athlete and keeps them in quarterback limbo. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, however, the Raiders are moving on and now targeting three key quarterbacks in 2025.
“With Matthew Stafford remaining with the Rams, “Adam Schefter stated on X, “the Las Vegas Raiders now are expected to investigate veteran quarterback options that include Russell Wilson, Justin Fields and Sam Darnold, per sources.”
Their best chance is Darnold after his impressive season with the Vikings. Fields and Wilson have struggled under center and don’t have the kind of stats that Darnold can produce.

#1 Cody Rhodes vs John Cena will main event WrestleMania 41
John Cena earned his way into the main event of WrestleMania 41 after outlasting CM Punk in the Elimination Chamber on Saturday. He now goes one-on-one with Cody Rhodes for the WWE championship on Apr 20. John Cena also turned on Rhodes by low-blowing him and aligning with the Rock to leave fans stunned.
The WWE Universe is already reeling from the revelation of Cena turning heel, but what happens next could be more interesting. Add that John Cena could break the world title record, and you have one of the biggest Pay-Per-Views of all time coming up.
