#5 WWE might have an unusual start time for WrestleMania 41
Key point: WrestleMania could start in the afternoon for the first time in decades
Las Vegas will host WrestleMania 41 in April, but there are some caveats. For one, the event will take place over Easter weekend for the first time. There are even new rumors circulating that WWE is shooting for an earlier start time for WrestleMania 41, which could be in the afternoon.
According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, “I talked to somebody from WWE yesterday about this start time on Saturday. It is not finalized, so they’ll have to finalize it, but the idea of noon and 3:00 pm Pacific Time as the start times for NXT and WrestleMania, it’s not out of the picture…”

#4 Las Vegas Golden Knights book a win
Key point: Golden Knights stage late comeback to beat the Bruins
The Las Vegas Golden Knights racked up another win over the weekend after topping the Boston Bruins 4-3. Everything came down to the third period, where the Golden Knights were down by one. Pavel Dorofeyev fixed that problem to tie the game.
And then, a few minutes later, it was Jack Eichel with a sniper-like shot past Jeremy Swayman for the lead. The Golden Knights and Ilya Samsonov kept the Bruins at bay from there to eventually win the game.
This victory marks a two-game streak and puts them one win behind first place in the Pacific division.
#3 Kyle Busch’s future looks uncertain
Key point: Kyle Busch may leave RCR at the end of 2025
Kyle Busch is entering the final year of his deal with Richard Childress Racing, and many believe the Las Vegas native wants out. This is reportedly due to his poor performance since making the switch in 2023.
His teammate, Austin Dillion, expressed optimism, however. He believes Busch will overcome the issues and stay with the team long-term.
“For us at RCR, we just have to put maximum effort in every week… But I think he’s enjoyed his time at RCR and wants to be at this organization to the end, I hope,” Dillon said via Bob Pockrass.

#2 Las Vegas Aces struggling to rebuild after Kelsey Plum trade
Key point: The Las Vegas Aces are fighting for new talent
The Las Vegas Aces were left reeling after trading Kelsey Plum to the Sparks, and things aren’t getting any better. Instead, Alysha Clark, Tiffany Haynes, and Sydney Colson signed up with new teams in free agency.
These moves essentially deplete Las Vegas’ roster depth, leaving them relying on key players without backup.
Las Vegas has already signed Cheyenne Parker-Tyus and Dana Evans to fill the bench and A’ja Wilson some help.
“I’m looking forward to being able to play alongside some of the best in the world, who are like-minded with one goal in mind—which is to win a championship!” said Parker-Tyus, who is currently in China playing for Beijing Great Wall.
#1 Rumor killer on Russell Wilson + the Las Vegas Raiders
Key point: Russell Wilson might not be coming to the Las Vegas Raiders
Russell Wilson is one of the leading names to be the next quarterback for the Las Vegas Raiders, but it could just be a rumor. Despite Wilson and Pete Carroll already winning two championships together in Seattle, one expert believes their reunion in Las Vegas isn’t meant to be.
According to Jeff Glazer of Fox Sports, the Raiders are not considering Russell Wilson. However, Sam Darnold is gaining traction as a name the Raiders might consider in free agency.
