Why WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas will be a special event
Pro wrestling analysts believe this will be the year The Rock takes on his cousin Roman Reigns for embarrassing the family at last year’s show. Reigns did this by losing to Cody Rhodes for the undisputed title in the main event after holding the title for over three years. WWE might even decide to include the undisputed title for good measure and make things personal.
Another thing that is going to make this pay-per-view special is the publicity. The Rock always brings in a large audience, which will only intensify if he gets main event billing. Last year, his presence at a single press conference in Las Vegas got the WWE Universe fired up with one little slap.
John Cena is also expected to have his final match at WrestleMania 41, ending a 21-year career. No matter who he faces, seeing Cena compete at WrestleMania for the last time will be memorable. Many fans grew up watching the WWE legend, and it will be bittersweet to see his last WrestleMania match.
The party keeps going after WrestleMania 41

WWE is also hosting Smackdown and RAW during WrestleMania 41 weekend. This is where fans can witness all the fallout from the year’s biggest event. The energy is palpable during these shows with WrestleMania still in full swing. Early indications are that it will take place on MGM properties, with WWE using T-Mobile Arena. The MGM Grand Garden Area and the Michelob Ultra Arena are also possibilities.
Tickets for these events haven’t been announced, but they’re usually some of the best shows all year! The WrestleMania excitement gets so strong that it pours into next week’s events.
WWE also plans to do its annual fan experience to further the immersion of the experience. Expect a variety of attractions, merchandise, meet and greets, and fantastic food.
WrestleMania 41 will take place on April 19 & 20, 2025.
