2024 will be crazy if this year’s Las Vegas sports schedule is anything to go by. Check out these nine sports events coming to Las Vegas in 2024.
1. TNA Hard to Kill (January 13, 2024)

Las Vegas Sports starts the year with a bang in the form of the TNA Hard To Kill pay-per-view. The match card is packed with a slew of title matches and represents Impact Wrestling’s return to their original namesake. This event takes place at Palms Casino Resort on January 13, 2024.
One bout will see Crazy Steve vs Tommy Dreamer in a no-disqualification match. This will take place for the TNA Digital Media championship and should be fun. There is also a #1 contender’s match for the Knockouts title, but the contestants are still to be determined.
And then there are the big title bouts. Matchups like Alex Shelley vs Moose for the TNA World Championship. Or maybe you’re more of a fan of seeing TNA Knockouts champion Trinity taking on Jordynn Grace for the strap. There is also an X Division title match featuring Chris Sabin, Kushida, and EL Hijo Del Vikingo. You’re going to want to get in on this action.
2. Super Bowl LVIII (February 11, 2024)

Few events on this list compare to the Super Bowl coming to Allegiant Stadium in 2024. This marks the first time in history that the NFL has hosted the event in Las Vegas. The NFL has even created first-of-their-kind events that will see each team doing media day interviews at the same time. Everything is bigger in Las Vegas, and Super Bowl LVIII will prove it.
With names like the Chiefs, 49ers, Eagles, and Ravens, there are a lot of big-money matchup opportunities.
3. NitroCross Championships (March 1 – 2, 2024)

Sometimes, you just want something different. Something off the beaten path. Enter the 2024 Nitro Cross championship at Planet Hollywood.
It may not be NASCAR or Formula One, but it’s going to be a fun time to see these cars take on the Nitro Dome. It’s a recipe for some pretty exciting racing.

4. The NRL Telstra Premiership season at Allegiant Stadium (March 2, 2024)

Another bit of history that Las Vegas will make in 2024 is being the first U.S.-based host of Telstra Premiership season action. That’s right! Rugy is going to Sin City for a doubleheader at Allegiant Stadium. Fans will see the Sea Eagles take on the Rabbitohs and the Roosting vs the Broncos.
5. Penzoil 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway (March 3, 2024)

There’s nothing like watching NASCAR Cup Series racing at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in the spring. Maybe it’s the fact that it is so early on in the season and that anything-can-happen feeling hangs in the air. How can it not, with cars zipping by at 180 MPH, all jockeying for position to get a spot in the playoffs?
The 1.5-mile speedway is a tough track to navigate, too. Restarts alone will be breathtaking to watch while drivers fight for every inch on the race track.
6. PAC 12 Men’s/Women’s Basketball Championship (March 13 -16, 2024)

Las Vegas is earning hosting nods for several events, including the 2024 men’s/women’s PAC 12 basketball championship tournament. The event is set to take place on March 13 through 16 at T-Mobile Arena. See the best male and female teams in the PAC -12 as they battle for a possible spot in the March Madness tournament.
Sin City has already hosted G League seasons for the NBA and even their in-season tournament in 2023. Now, more and more basketball seems to be finding its way to Las Vegas in spectacular fashion.
7. COPA Tournament matchups (June 6 – July 6, 2024)

Another sport that seems to be growing exponentially in Las Vegas is soccer, which is why it will host several COPA men’s tournament matchups at Allegiant Stadium. These games will take place from June 6 to July 6 and feature some of the world’s best soccer talent. The event will be the 48th annual edition of the tournament and give the winning team a spot in the CONMEBOL Uefa Cup of Champions against the winner of the 2024 UEFA Euro winners.
8. Vegas Kickoff Classic: USC vs LSU (September 1, 2024)

Everyone knows the best place to kick off college football season is in Las Vegas, and that’s why we have the Vegas Kickoff Classic. The game will feature the USC Trojans taking on the LSU Tigers in the opening match of the 2024 College football season.
Come see all the action take place at Allegiant Stadium on September 1. This is going to be a high-energy game. It could go a long way in deciding the 2024 College football champion.
9. Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix (November 21 – 23, 2024)

For the second year in a row, Formula One racecars will take to the streets of Sin City and make it their playground. This is the 2024 Las Vegas Grand Prix, which might be the best race on the schedule.
As someone who watched night races at Daytona, the energy of racing after the sun goes down is unbelievable. You can feel the added intensity as the drivers navigate the track. Whether turning left or going through the twists and turns of the Las Vegas Strip, the visual magic is hard to ignore.
