What To Do in Las Vegas This Weekend (Jan 14 -17)

Celebrate National Bagel Day, head to a vegan brunch, walk in a Martin Luther King jr. parade, and more this weekend in Las Vegas

1. Celebrate National Bagel Day

If you’re on the north side of the Strip near the Wynn and Resorts World, head over to Bagelmania on Saturday morning. It’s National Bagel Day, so if you buy at least a dozen bagels in-store, you’ll receive a free t-shirt. Arrive early because they might run out.

Some New York transplants swear these bagels are the best in the city.

When: All day Saturday

Where: Bagelmania

2. Party on top of Resorts World

The

 Rose Rooftop of Resorts World

is introducing private igloos this week. Escape the cold and relax under the stars inside a clear, heated igloo. Veuve Clicquot cocktails and food from Zuhu will be on deck all night. You can also roast s’mores by the fire.

This pop-up experience will run until Feb 27.

When:  Friday and Saturday/ 4:30 pm – 1 am

*Minimum spend $350 per igloo

3. Enchant your senses at Mr. Daddy’s Cabaret

Don’t bring your kids to Mr. Daddy’s Cabaret. The extreme variety show features showgirls, illusionists, a snake charmer, and other artists entertaining the audience in wild, slightly erotic ways. Stevie Mac, aka Mr. Daddy, hosts the spectacle.

When: Saturday @ 9 pm

Where: The Space

4. Binge on your favorites at a fancy vegan brunch

This Sunday, call an Uber and head off-Strip for a vegan feast.

The Edible Bunch is kicking off its Plant-Based Sundays brunch series. You’ll get to nosh on vegan specials like chickpea steaks, meat-free charcuterie, and more. The meal is all-you-can-eat, so come hungry.

When you’re done eating, browse through the pop-up marketplace and enjoy the live entertainment hosted by Asia Jade and rapper Dizzy Wright.

Tickets start at $80 per person.

When: Sunday

Where: Starbase

5. Walk in a Martin Luther King Jr parade

Happy three-day weekend. Every year, Las Vegas honors Martin Luther King Jr. Day with a big parade and a host of fun activities. The event is completely free and features floats, dancers, poets, and more.

When: Monday starting at 10 am

Where: Downtown Las Vegas
