1. Observation Deck at the Strat

The observation deck at the Strat is the tallest observation tower in America. This is the place to shoot your vacation photos from. At the top you’ll find thrill rides and a revolving restaurant. My personal favorite is the 107 Skylounge. It sits above the restaurant and you can watch the guests spin and dine below you. They have a great happy hour with food and drink specials. You may see people falling over the side, not to worry, it’s a controlled free-fall “ride” called the Skyjump. There’s nothing like watching the sunset behind the mountains and seeing all the lights come up on the Strip.
2. The Mirage’s Parking Garage

Even if the days of limitless free parking on the Strip might be something of the past, you can find comfort in knowing that your fee doubles as your ticket to watch the sunset over the vintage signs of Vegas Blvd. Locals in the know will inform you that the 8th floor of Mirage’s parking garage has the best views around.

3. The Neon Museum

North of Fremont Street on Las Vegas Blvd., The Neon Museum allows you to catch the sunset while learning the city’s history on a full-hour guided trip with fun, knowledgeable tour guides.
4. Red Rock Canyon

Just a short drive from The Strip, this is one of the most beautiful and tranquil places in the city. You’ll feel like your a world away or even on another planet. There’s hiking galore and you’ll see rock climbers, bicyclists and maybe even some of the areas wild horses and burros!

5. The High Roller

Another “top” place to see the sun and clouds painting their stunning sky canvas. It’s about a half hour revolution from start to finish which will give you plenty of time to take in the gorgeous views.
