1. BBQ Mexicana
BBQ Mexicana is a counter-service design restaurant from Two Hot Tamales Susan Feniger and MarySue Milliken. The restaurant reopened full time and runs from Monday through to Friday, 11 am to 4 pm. BBQ Mexicana provides a menu of; burritos filled with Mesquite smoked chicken, barbacoa, and smoked meats served in bowls, pulled pork, salads, margaritas, slow-smoked Texas-style brisket, etc.
2. Skyfall Lounge
The Skyfall Lounge flaunts a laid-back atmosphere combine with chill-out sounds, a panoramic view of the Las Vegas Strip, creative plates, artisan cocktails, and dramatic interiors. The nightlife Lounge is located on the 63rd floor at the Delano, a “hotel within a hotel” at Mandalay Bay. The lounge is open Thursday through Sunday from 5pm to 12am. Make reservations here.
3. Aureole
Aureole is an American-cuisine restaurant with perfectly matched wine from the James Beard Award-Winning Chef Charlie Palmer and Executive Chef Alexandre Gr goire. The restaurant, alongside its four-story climate-controlled wine tower, reopens from July 10-14, July 22-26, and August 2-5. Aureole serves Alaskan wild-caught halibut with baby leeks, diver sea scallops with English peas, bone-in rib-eye with peppercorn sauce, pearl onion, bacon, among other seafood platter options.
4. Rivea
Rivea is a French restaurant from Alain Ducasse next to Skyfall Lounge, which reopens on July 1. The restaurant specializes in French and Italian Influenced Cuisines. Rivea features a breezy, laid-back atmosphere design by the famous Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku duo. It offers sharable dishes including crispy socca with chickpea cr pes, marinated sea bass, focaccia di recco with stracchino cheese and olive oil, butternut squash, and ricotta ravioli, lobster risotto, and potato gnocchi with sage and Parmesan cheese.
5. Fleur
Fleur is a classic French Bistro that focuses on regional and seasonally-driven French cuisine. The restaurant reopens on July 26. The famous Chef Hubert Keller stopped working for the restaurant early this year. Fleur serves you the best classic bistro menu, including filet Rossini, duck confit, and coq au vin.
6. Della s Kitchen
Della s Kitchen reopens on July 29. The restaurant historic farmhouse meets urban kitchen combines classic comfort food and seasonal specialties in serving the best breakfast and lunch. Della’s Kitchens employs fresh and locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant blends these natural design elements with industrial materials for warm and simple exquisite meals.
