These Las Vegas Restaurants Serve Fresh Noodles

Satisfy your taste buds with fresh noodles dishes at these Las Vegas restaurants.

1. Cafe Sanuki

Caf Sanuki is a Japanese establishment located along Spring Mountain Road. It serves several noodle meals, but it’s popular for its udon noodles, which are made with spicy miso pork, curry, clams, cream sauce, and a variety of other traditional ingredients. All of the noodle meals are at $10, so you order several plates to share, as well as experiment with different flavors.

2. Beijing Noodle No.9

With its goldfish-adorned entryway and icy white decor, Beijing Noodle No. 9 at Caesars Palace makes a good first impression, but the true show is in the kitchen. It features an open kitchen design, so guests can see chefs hand-pulling the noodle dishes. The menu also includes a full selection of Chinese staples, including Beijing zha jiang noodle, braised beef shank noodle soup, wok-fried shredded duck, and pickles with vermicelli.

3. Mr Chow

The making of fresh aromatic noodle dishes at Mr. Chow restaurant is always mesmerizing. The noodle preparations, which include a lot of pulling, spinning, and some flair, usually get a lot of applause from the diners. If you want to see all this excitement, head to Mr. Chow and order the Mr. Chow noodles. The noodles are topped with mildly sweet, slightly spicy minced pork and fresh cucumbers, and were first served at Michael Chow’s London restaurant in the 1960s.

4. Shang Artisan Noodle

Shang Artisan Noodle, a cozy eatery located just a walking distance from the Strip is famous for specializing in both traditional and modern noodle preparation techniques. Even better, guests get to watch the preparations as the chefs hand-pull and twist the noodles. The noodles can be taken with both hot and cold meals. For example, you can order scrambled eggs with noodles, chicken sesame cold noodles, or Peking wonton soup with noodles. You can add more noodles to any dish for $1.50.

5. Ohjah Noodle House

Loved by locals, Ohjah Noodle House is well known for its sushi and hibachi outlets in Las Vegas and Pahrump, but it also owns two noodle eateries (one in Henderson and another in Rhodes Ranch). At these two locations, you can order Tonkatsu, ramen with oxtail, shrimp, stir-fried noodles, and other specialties.
