1. The Boss Caf

There are exciting menu offerings at The Boss Caf at the Linq. It’s an excellent spot by Buddy Valastro that brings Italian and American fusion with the best sandwiches, pizzas, and more. 

You can enjoy a view of the action with its open kitchen set-up. Some top picks from their menu include pizza square and focaccia sandwiches. Some unique sandwich choices have fun names, such as the “Hoboken Havana” and others.

2. Nobu

The new Nobu restaurant in Paris Las Vegas has a lot of hype, and just like other Nobu locations globally, it does not disappoint. The restaurant seats 140 guests, and it specializes in authentic Japanese cuisine. 

It takes pride in its menu, which they say is pleasing to every palate and is evident from the available meal choices. Enjoy meals such as Beef Tenderloin Tobanyaki, Squid pasta with light garlic sauce, Scallops Truffle Butter Toban Yaki, and more. For diners who prefer cold dishes, there are classic options such as the Nobu Ceviche and Yellowtail Jalapeno.

3. Rosa Ristorante

Enjoy the best of Italian American fare at Rosa Ristorante in Henderson. It’s an intimate restaurant with tasteful d cor and is ideal for special occasions. Chef Rob Moore uses fresh seasonal ingredients in his meals which are rich in flavor. Entrees include tasty Lobster Fra Diavolo, Roasted Branzino, Chicken Parmesan, and more. He also serves special steak cuts, including a 32 0z porterhouse, and a 10 oz rib eye medallion.

There are various drinks on the menu, from cocktails to wine, with a daily happy hour between 3 – 6 pm and 8 – 9 pm from Sunday to Thursday. On Friday and Saturday, happy hour runs between 3 – 6 pm and 9 – 10 pm.

After two years of not being in business, Scotch 80 Prime is back with a bang. It’s a beautiful spot with a fantastic menu, a multi-million dollar whiskey collection, exceptional art pieces and more. 

The renowned steakhouse at the Palms will cater to your cravings with menu offerings such as an 8pz Cap of Ribeye or the 20oz dry-aged bone-in prime ribeye. Straight from the ranch options include Colorado Lamb Chops or the smoked Jidori Free Range Chicken. They also serve soups and salads and have some seafood options under the fin and tail section of the menu.

Internet sensation Salt Bae launched Nusr-Et earlier this year, an outpost of his steakhouse. Everyone wants to have a feel of the restaurant, and this far, reviews of the place are impressive. It is home to some of the most expensive meat cuts in a restaurant, including the special offering wrapped in a gold leaf. The dark space is different from most other restaurants, bringing a unique vibe as you enjoy delicious meals and desserts.
