It is less flashy and still feels a little old school, but their meats are amazing; with their conventional tableside Caesar salad, the experience is unique and different. You may not get the hyped Wagyu here, but their meats will make you forget about fancy Wagyu for a moment.
4. SW Steakhouse
The restaurants at the Wynn never disappoint, which is why they are ever so popular. It’s no different at the SW Steakhouse, pricey but justifiable and ideal for special occasions. Starter caviar service sets the pace for delicious main dish choices as their popular Wagyu, amazing seafood, and massive beef chunks. It offers a large food variety and is among the few restaurants in the States registered under the Japan Kobe Beef Foundation. By itself, this is an indication of what great meats they offer.
5. Craftsteak
The list would be incomplete without a mention of Craftsteak. It’s the most popular among Tom Colicchio’s establishments. The restaurant serves fresh ingredients sourced directly from farms and great catches from dayboat fishermen. Whether you are looking for a tasty Japanese Wagyu or a good old rib-eye steak, there are endless choices on the menu with a large variety of sides and delicious desserts to sum it up.
