1. BabyStacks Caf

BabyStacks Caf is a popular breakfast spot with multiple Las Vegas outlets. Their pancakes are to die for. Enjoy warm red velvet pancakes with whip cream topping, chocolate crumbles, and syrup for additional sweetness. If you prefer crepes to pancakes, Nutella crepes will not disappoint. You can dine in and enjoy your breakfast in the cozy caf , or takeout is also available if you prefer a meal to go.

2. The Bagel Caf

The Bagel caf opens at 7 am every day. They have a comprehensive breakfast menu comprising all your favorite items, from French toast to potato pancakes and Belgian waffles. But they’re really known for their bagels! They aren’t cheap, but they are delicious.

3. Makers & Finders

The breakfast experience at Makers & Finders is unique, with Latin dishes adding an extra twist. The breakfast menu runs all day. Try the breakfast empanada skillet with egg, potato, bacon, and cheese filling. It’s accompanied by rice, beans, queso fresco, and a signature house sauce. 

4. Saginaw’s Delicatessen

Located along Fremont Street, Saginaw’s Delicatessen has exciting breakfast items to start your day off on a high note. The Jabra’s steak and eggs combo is one of the best sellers, and it comprises two eggs, made in any preferred style, a six-ounce steak, hashbrowns, and toast. Add a coffee, and you are all set for the day.

For a more upscale breakfast, Jardin at Encore is an excellent choice. The breakfast menu is available every day between 7:30 am and 3 pm. The strawberry and Grand Marnier French toast are worth trying out. It comprises a white chocolate brioche, vanilla whipped mascarpone, streusel, and strawberries. If you prefer a more savory choice, you can try out the Chilaquiles Rojos, which has avocado, cilantro, queso fresco, onions, bell peppers, sunny-side-up eggs, and tortilla chips. You can customize it further with steak or chicken at an additional cost.
