Las Vegas native Ryback is known for stirring the pot on social media and did so again last week at the expense of future WWE Hall of Famer Triple H. The former WWE Intercontinental Champion took to Twitter after The Game announced his retirement and had some scathing remarks for his former boss. He did wish him well in retirement, which was nice of him. He didn t pull any punches when it came to his legacy, though.
You ended up being the biggest disappointment for me personally, Ryback tweeted out to his followers after learning of Triple H s retirement, “but I wish you well in retirement and future good health. #HHH #TripleH #Ryback #Retirement@TripleH.

Believe it or not, Kurt Busch is thriving at 23XI Racing and even has the second-year team sitting 8th in the NASCAR Cup Standings. He also has two top-fives and three top tens in the first five races of the season, making him somewhat of a dark horse to make the playoffs in the fall. Busch, who finished third at a repaved at Atlanta, had this to say about his progress this season with his new team.
“I’ve been with different teams, but I’ve also been blessed to be with quality teams, and this team is no different,” Busch said. “We’re bringing the best quality we can to the track through the Next Gen’s development where parts are tougher to find, and repairs are a different strategy as far as what’s approved and what’s not. But overall, the quality of cars, the teamwork, all of it is there.”

It’s no secret that The Las Vegas Golden Knights are having one of their worst seasons in organization history, and it just got much worse during Friday’s game against the Nashville Predators. Unfortunately for The Knights, who are caught in an intense playoff push with several other teams in their division, they lost forward Brett Howden during their game.
The incident occurred during the first period of play when Filip Forsberg made contact with Howden and sent him crashing into the boards. The move didn’t seem intentional, and Forsberg even stayed to check on Howden while he was being stretchered out, but it was still a big blow to the team. How many more pieces can Las Vegas lose before their playoff chances implode?
Las Vegas sports fans will be happy to know that Howden was released from the hospital the day after the game and even showed up to practice to meet with Coach Peter Deboer. The coach later confirmed that Howden was ok during a press conference but did also hand over the bad news that Max Pacioretty would be out for an extended period of time. This all comes as the Golden Knights struggle just to limp into the playoffs.
#1 Davante Adams’ comments during press conference sets Las Vegas sports world ablaze

Davante Adams will most likely be the biggest splash the Las Vegas Raiders make in this year’s FreeAgent and certainly changes everything for the team. Not only does he give Derek Carr yet another veteran weapon to work with during key drives, but he’s also a great boost to the already stacked wide receiver core. There’s the added bonus of Carr and Adams being teammates at Fresno State, which means the two already have chemistry.
“It is a dream to be a Raider, man,” Adams said when asked about his thoughts on the blockbuster trade. “It’s a dream come true. In a third-grade yearbook, I said I wanted to be a, you know, an NFL star or an NBA star. And I was wearing a Charles Woodson jersey at the time. So, it’s been documented forever, so I guess you can say it was meant to be.”
Adams joining the Raiders is a huge godsend for the organization, but it hasn’t come without its controversy. In fact, some angry NFL fans are accusing Carr and Adams of scheming to get the former Packer to Sin City. These fans point to Carr offering to buy Adams a car as proof of their scheme. They also believe that Adams’ comments about Carr during his press conference also point to foul play. With that being said, those claims aren’t getting much attention, and it looks like it will go down as a non-issue.
“It’s something we didn’t entertain during the season,” Adams told reporters in a comment that rocked Las Vegas sports news all week. . “Once we wrapped up the season, started communicating a little bit. . . . As things progressed a little bit more, obviously we communicate multiple times a week as it is, aside from even trying to team up. So once we got to a point where it was something that could be realistic now, it’s not just a thought, we started trying to put a little bit of a plan together.
