1. Research the Specials

Always ask about any specials for the day when you visit a casino. These include special deals, bonuses, coupons, and more for different games. By doing so, you leverage yourself to getting fantastic comps since not many people ask about this information, and many casino employees may not voluntarily give this information unless you ask. A common mid-week perk is 2x or 3x points for certain hours.
2. Have a Card

You can only get casino comps if the casino recognizes you in their system. A player’s card takes a just few minutes to process, so if you’re visiting a new casino, make sure you signup. Before you begin a new game, scan the card so that this information goes into the system as this is what will help you earn comps through the card.
3. Undeclared Comps

There are certain unspoken comps that players can enjoy aside from what comes automatically through the player’s card. These comps offer benefits such as room discounts in the hotel or express passage at the buffet to make the player comfortable around the hotel and casino, aside from the gaming scene. Just ask about these.
4. Choose A Suitable Casino Game

Some casino games give better comps than others. One important thing to understand is that you gain more comps when you spend more time at the casino. By spending more time at the casino, the casino assumes that you are spending a lot of money and therefore award you comps as incentives to come more often. So, instead of playing slot machines, for instance, it’s wiser to play table games like baccarat and craps, because you’ll spend more time at the table.
The only exception is playing poker. Poker players typically aren’t comped very well.
5. Go Big or Go Home

Not to be taken literally, but you can go big with your playing amount without spending anything more than what you would prefer. For example, if you wish to spend a maximum of $300, get chips even ten times this amount. The host is likely to notice you and give you impressive comps as an esteemed guest. You don’t have to use any more than you want, and you can return the unspent chips when you cash out for the evening.
