Here Are the Las Vegas Restaurants I Can’t Wait To Try

Several new restaurants will open this fall in Las Vegas. Here are some exciting newcomers I can’t wait to explore:

1. Bar Zazu

If you enjoy Brezza at Resorts World, this one should be on your list as it’s an establishment by the same chef, Nicole Brisson. Bar Zazu is set to open in October next to Brezza. You can enjoy small bites, pastries, charcuterie boards, and more. The bar will have a wide selection of wine from different parts of the world as well as specialty cocktails.

2. Superfrico

Superfrico is a wild new restaurant experience at Cosmopolitan Las Vegas that will open its doors officially on September 24. The dining experience from this restaurant will bring the best of American and Italian dishes to the table- with a twist. This means high-end pizza, pasta, burgers, steak, and seafood. What’s really amazing about this spot are the innovative, themed lounge areas and dining rooms. Superfrico combine food, entertainment, and luxury.

3. Boom Bang Fine Foods & Cocktails

Boom Bang fine foods is one of the most anticipated restaurants set to open this fall. The location will be on Valle Verde Drive. The menu will focus on locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. The masterminds behind the restaurant include familiar names like Elia Aboumrad-Page, Tony Angotti, and Christian Page, who have all made notable contributions in the food industry. Aside from the main dishes, the desserts look DIVINE.

4. Casa Playa

All roads to Encore Las Vegas lead to the newest Mexican restaurant in town, Casa Playa. The menu has a coastal vibe with a lot of creativity and twists to the dishes. Mexican food culture combined with seafood is an elite combo, and any food enthusiast would have a good time sampling the items on the menu. Staying on for a drink after a hearty meal is a good idea as the mixologist for this establishment is Mariena Boarini from the Wynn. I have my eye on this one, and I have a feeling the experience here is exemplary.

5. Chickie’s & Pete’s

The franchise from Philadelphia comes to Vegas and should open its doors to the public in early November. Customers from other Chickie’s & Pete’s branches speak highly of the crab fries paired with a finger-licking cheese sauce, so this is a must-try from here. The restaurant takes up space at Sahara Las Vegas at what used to be Umami Burger. The menu includes seafood like crab and lobster and has classics like chicken wings and cheesesteaks.
