Amalfi by Bobby Flay
Head to Caesars Palace to try Bobby Flay s newest restaurant, Amalfi. Inspired by Italy s Amalfi Coast, Flay s menu is a mix of Mediterranean and Italian cuisine.
Inside of the Restaurant
As soon as you walk in you will be transported overseas to the Italian coast. Limestone walls, intricate tile work, plant life, linen, and warm golden lighting will make you feel as if you re dining in an authentic Italian eatery.
Fresh seafood is a staple here. Fish, like Red Snapper, is on display over ice, and there s a fishmonger on staff who can tell you where the imported seafood is from, when it arrived here, and answer any other questions. In addition to fish, fresh prawns, octopus, and mussels are served too.
The menu has more to offer than seafood. Try Crispy Squash Blossoms, Burrata (very creamy fresh mozzarella), Squid Ink Fettuccine, Jidori Chicken Al Forno, and Scrambled Eggs; yes, breakfast for dinner!
The lounge area is a nice spot to enjoy a drink before or after dinner. The space features a 50-foot-long bar that can seat up to 30! Try a Spritz, a refreshing bubbly Italian cocktail, or enjoy a glass of wine.
Amalfi by Bobby Flay is located on the main level of Caesars Palace, through the main entrance along the casino floor next to Old Homestead Steakhouse. They re open Sunday through Thursday from 4:30 to 10 pm, Friday and Saturday from 4:30 to 11 pm. You can make a reservation here.
