Set your calendar- free live music returns to Fremont Street June 1. The party starts at 12:01 a.m., exactly one minute after Las Vegas loses all of its remaining pandemic restrictions. No word about who will perform yet, but we expect the lineup to be a crowd-pleaser.
Fremont Street East’s live shows have helped forge Downtown’s party image. Local bands like Zowie Bowie and the Tony Marques Band regularly lit up the stage, while rock legends like Joan Jett and the Blackhearts and Bret Michaels would show up on special weekends. The fun stopped in 2020 after large, in-person events in Las Vegas were banned.
