1. Smith’s Food and Drug
Smith’s Food and Drug is a convenient choice if you are around the North Strip area near the Stratosphere. It’s the closest grocery store to Sahara Ave. You can easily stroll there from as far as the Stratosphere if you’re in the mood for a workout. If not, hop on the bus or order a cheap Uber.
2. Von’s
Also within the North Strip is Von’s, a popular grocery store found along E. Twain Avenue in Las Vegas. It ‘s much closer than Smith’s if you’re staying at the Linq, Aria, and Caesars Palace area.
There is another Von’s outlet if you are in the Southern part of the Strip. You can’t miss it on its strategic location on Tropicana Avenue. It is directly opposite the University of Las Vegas, Nevada. Usually, it is the first choice for people from hotels such as the Excalibur or MGM Grand, being less than 2 miles away.
3. Whole Foods
The famous outlet is a bit far off, but many people don’t mind driving down to this grocery store. It is slightly more than three miles away from Aria. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to Whole Foods from the Cosmopolitan or Flamingo, passing through the Strip the entire way.
4. Safeway
Some people remain loyal to Safeway as a grocery store of choice. However, the Safeway in Vegas is a long way off, located at 4440 E. Charleston Boulevard. If you don’t mind the long drive, it is a well-stocked traditional grocery store with everything you need.
