1. Derek Carr

Derek Carr gets a lot of flak for not being an elite-level quarterback that is incapable of getting his team to the promised land, but Raider Nation should be much more appreciative. He holds franchise records for pass completions, pass attempts, pass completion percentage, passing yards, lowest interception rating of a Raiders Quarterback, most fourth-quarter comebacks, and most game-winning drivers.
Derek Carr has the kind of consistency the Las Vegas Raiders need right now. He really deserves a better defense, and wide receiver core to help showcase his abilities.
2. Josh Jacobs

Most people know that Josh Jacobs was one of the best-ranked running backs in the league last year, but what they probably don t know about him is that he was once homeless. That s right! Josh Jacobs was homeless in middle school and thought of himself as a man without a future. Fortunately for Jacobs, he was dead wrong and eventually went on to commit to the Crimson Tide.
3. Richie Incognito

Did you know that Richie Incognito used to be a bully? Now, this entry isn t to embarrass him or an attempt to cancel him, it s simply a chance to showcase how far this man has come.
For those that don t remember, Incognito was accused of bullying former Dolphins teammate, Jonathon Martin several times. One particularly bad incident was when Incognito and several members of the Dolphins defense were accused of forcing Martin to foot a 15,000 bill. He was also accused of sending threatening voice messages to Martin, some of which were racially charged.
Fortunately for Incognito, he overcame his past demons and has now become a crucial part of the Las Vegas Raiders offense. In fact, Incognito has improved so much that he had his rating increased to the 90s in Madden 21 and could be a deciding factor in how the team’s 2020 season turns out.
4. Jason Witten

It s no secret that a lot of NFL players are super athletes capable of many different things when the opportunity presents itself and so is Jason Witten. While Witten might have been the star tight end in Dallas for 16 years, he actually used to play in high school as both the tight end and linebacker. He took his team to the playoffs three years in a row
This a testament to how athletically gifted Witten is. Sure, there have been quarterbacks capable of running the ball and some running backs serving as punt returners, but to take on two completely different disciplines of the game is amazing.
5. Nelson Agholor

Unlike everyone else on this list, we are going to showcase several interesting things you didn t know about Las Vegas Raiders receiver, Nelson Agholor. Interestingly enough, he was born in Lagos, Nigeria, and only came to the United States at the age of five. Continuing with this string of facts about Agholor, he was also ranked the third-best wide receiver in the nation in high school.
Now let s talk about the downside. Although Algholor is nothing short of an accomplished athlete, he still has a few boxes unchecked when it comes to career stats. For example, he has never scored a touchdown in a postseason game during his career, he also was also a part of the 2018 Super Bowl Champion, Eagles, but only racked up 84 yards and zero touchdowns in the game.
OUCH.
