1. The Hangover (2009)

Talk about a Vegas experience. The Hangover involves a missing groom, Mike Tyson, and a wild tiger. An unforeseen hit when it got released, this movie shows you a bachelor bash gone so wrong. Caesars Palace was used extensively in the movie, with numerous external scenes taking place on Las Vegas Boulevard.
2. Oceans 11 (2001)

Both the 1960 version starring Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr., and Frank Sinatra and the 2001 new edition starting Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, and George Clooney were instant classics. A crew of eleven with Danny Ocean as the leader plans the largest heist in history targeting the Mirage, the MGM Grand and the Bellagio.
3. Fear and Loathing in Vegas (1998)

Drugs, booze, and mayhem galore are on display in this cult classic. The mind-blowing take on Hunter S. Thompson’s novel features the now-defunct Stardust Resort and Casino.
4. Con Air (1997)

An outrageous action movie, even by the bizarre standards of 90s action films, Con Air sees a plane full of daring crooks crash land on the Strip. The Sands hotel was going to be destroyed regardless, so producer Jerry Bruckheimer had no problems crash landing into the doomed structure.
5. The Godfather

The Tropicana Hotel was used in this classic movie. For the record, the TV series, Vegas, was shot at this hotel too.
