1. Kurt Busch

It’s no secret that Kurt Busch is in the final year of his contract with Chip Ganassi Racing, leading some to wonder if he will sign a new deal. And, if he doesn’t sign with Chip Ganassi Racing, would he consider going somewhere else to finish off his legendary career? Keep in mind that Kurt Busch is a man with a championship, 32 wins, a Daytona 500 victory, and a Coca-Cola 600 victory under his belt. He would be a big catch on the free-agent market- but is anyone willing to take a chance with so much younger talent out there?
2. Liz Cambage

While Liz Cambage might have signed a one-year deal worth $221,450 with the Las Vegas Aces, the length of that contract doesn’t speak much to their confidence in her. It kind of seems like the Aces organization is giving Camabge a year to prove her worth to the team. Think about it! The Aces already made it to the WNBA finals last year without Liz Cambage or Kelsey Plum, and now the team has the addition of Chelsea Gray and Riquna Williams. Do they still need Cambage?
3. Robin Lehner or Marc-Andre Fleury

It doesn’t take a genius to realize that the Las Vegas Golden Knights are spending an absurd amount of money on Robin Lehner and Marc-Andre Fleury. Now, this doesn’t mean that the two aren’t one of the best goalie rotations in the entire NHL, but is it worth the cost? Marc-Andre Fleury is currently signed to a deal that sees him making 21 million dollars across the next three years.
Then there’s Robin Lehner, who has basically become Fleury’s backup for the 2021 season and makes a total of 25 million dollars. That’s right! The backup is making more than the starting goalie at this point. The Golden Knights can’t afford to keep doing this. Sooner or later, they are going to need to find a goalie with a lesser price tag so they can focus some of that extra money on some new weapons. Whether it’s Fleury or Lehner remains to be seen, but someones gotta go.
4. Derek Carr

The Las Vegas Raiders have made it clear that they want Derek Carr to be the future of their franchise, but it doesn’t seem to be working out quite as they planned. Honestly, this is just one of those situations where the Raiders might be backing the wrong guy. There has to be a point where the team looks elsewhere if Carr doesn’t perform.
5. Jon Gruden

Disgruntled Raiders fans have been asking for a while- How does this man still have a job? He helped direct a defense that gave up 478 points last season.
Let’s be honest here. Change starts at the top and that includes Jon Gruden. The team just needs someone new calling plays. Someone with fresh ideas. Or maybe someone who can get more out of Derek Carr and the lackluster offense.
