1. Josh Jacobs scores on a 11 yard touchdown run.

Believe it or not, Derek Carr only served in a supporting role during Sunday s blowout win over the Denver Broncos, and that pretty much left the game on the running backs’ shoulders. Jacobs responded by running in for an 11-yard score that proved just how important he is to the Raiders.
While Carr put up some impressive numbers completion wise, he never scored during the game. Of course, he never got intercepted during the game either, which is a huge plus for the team, but being ineffective is humiliating. It almost leads credence to the theory that Derek Carr doesn’t belong in this role.
2. Jeff Heath interception

Although the momentum shift wouldn t work out in the Raiders’ favor, it is worth mentioning that Jeff Heath was able to intercept Drew Lock in what had to be one of the most cathartic takeaways of the entire season. Not only did it serve as the building blocks for the blowout that would come, but it also showed more signs of life in the defense than ever before.
Think about it! This team has suffered through blowout after blowout and to see the defense finally deliver one back is special. Heck, if Carr could up his play, and the defense stay consistent, this is a team on the cusp of being champions.
3. Jeff Heath intercepts again!

As DJ Khalid would say if this were a Geico commercial, the Las Vegas Raiders got themselves another one at the hands of Drew Lock and The Broncos. In fact, it was Jeff Heath again that scouted the play and brought another Bronco’s drive to a crushing end. Keep in mind that the Broncos aren t the best offense in the world, but it s still nice to see the Raiders stay strong against their division.
4. Josh Jacobs scores again

Josh Jacobs ended up having his way with the Denver Broncos defense, and we loved it. The kid had a record day, capping it off with a five-yard run that was pretty much the beginning of the end.
5. Devontae Booker takes it to the house.

You know it s going well when you’re piling on the points- and that is exactly what the Raiders did late in the fourth quarter. Interestingly enough, Carr handed off the ball to his left guard Devontae Booker, who ran in for a seven-yard touchdown. The touchdown didn t mean much in the grand scheme of things, especially with it already being a blowout game, but it was still a nice cherry on top.
