Enjoy a taste of Filipino culture at the Vegas Test Kitchen. The experiential restaurant is in the midst of a three-week takeover by the Palms Resort. This is week 2 and the spotlight is on Makatas and chefs Bryan Tejada and Gary FX LaMorte.
On offer is a prix-fixe menu featuring Filipino classics like Yellowfin Tuna Kinilaw and Tamarind Soup.
Tickets are $59 per person.
